Whosayna’s Kheer:

1 cup Rice
1 n half ltr Milk
1 tin Condensed milk
1 tin Evaporated milk
1 tin Nestle cream
1 tsp Cardamon powder
few strands Saffron
1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder
Few Almonds (peeled, sliced)
Few Pistachios (peeled, sliced)
Few Cashewnuts (sliced)

Method:
1) Soak rice overnight or for three hours then boil rice in little water till soft and mushy, can use pressure cooker

2) Soak few almonds and pistachios in hot water

3) Peel the nuts and slice them, keep aside

4) In a big pot pour milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, cardamon powder, nutmeg powder, saffron, half of almonds and pistachios with boiled rice

5) Boil till it thickens, stir now and then, it should not scrotch.

6) Remove from flame, add nestle cream just after you remove from flame and mix well

7) Garnish with the remaining almonds, pistachios and saffron strands

NB: can add sugar, if required
