Pitso Mosimane undergoes FIFA Pro Licence training overseen by Mikel Arteta

Pisto mosimane who is the head of the Al-Ahly made a revelation on Tuesday saying that. He had undergone a CAF/FIFA pro Licence a lesson that was overseen by non other than Mikel Arteta.

Mosimane, who is South Africa’s most celebrated head coach. Tweeted to his almost 500 000 followers pictures of himself virtually attending the Pro Licence tutorial held by Arteta.

The 56 year old, who holds the UEFA A licence qualification. Was invited by the CAF in 2018, to complete his CAF Pro license. The first of its kind – which is the equivalent of the UEFA’s Pro Licence and the highest qualification in management.

Mosimane had also revealed previously in July 2020, that he had been given a presentation by Roberto Martinez who is Belgium’s national team manager.

“We got to understand how he worked to make the “Belgian Red Devils” the number one ranked team in the world,” said Mosimane.

Mamelodi sundowns former mentor also became the first South African head coach to oversee a win in this year’s Club World Cup were he also face eventual winners Bayern Munich in the competition’s Semi-finals.
