Spread the love

7 months of pregnancy screams 3rd trimester.

Time seems to have past by so fast, the little fella seems to be getting stronger and stronger each day am I right?

What happens to you at 7 months?

Breathlessness: Due to the weight of the baby getting heavier each month, you might experience back aches aswell as short breath.

Remedy:
Girl you have to loose that tight fitting shirt or dress. That is not helping anyone, especially when it comes to breathing. Give yourself alot of room to breath. Relax. Sit up tall. When you sleep try to sleep on propped up pillows in order to give your abdominal cavity space.

Braxton hicks contractions: These don’t stop until delivery you have to atleast get used to them from now on.

Remedy: Some people are of the opinion that relaxing can do the trick.
Others are of the opinion that consuming a glass of water helps.
Bath in warm water for 30 minutes.

But keep in mind that Braxton hicks are normal, they are preparing you for labour. Sometimes they are called false labour.

Mood changes: Die to the increased hormones in pregnancy, you might feels your moods flying haywire.

Remedy: when you are feeling low or angry try spoiling yourself with some manicure treatment.
Take rest.
Share your feeling with your partner you are not alone.

If all fails visit the doctor.
