2 Chicken pcs or (1 kg Chicken Wings)
3 tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp Red Chilli flakes
Salt (as required)
1 tbsp Ginger/Garlic paste
2 tsp Chilli powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Soya sauce
1/4 cup Tomato sauce
2 tbsp Chilli sauce (Pilipili Mbuzi/Habanero sauce)
1/4 cup Tamarind sauce
1 tbsp Margarine or Butter
2 tbsp Vinegar
2 Spring Onions (chopped)
7 Garlic cloves (chopped)
2 Green chillies (chopped)
1 tbsp Lemon juice
3 tbsp Cornflour
2 tbsp Sugar
Method:
1) Marinate chicken in this marinade ginger/garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cornflour, salt n lemon juice, let it rest for 3-4 hours
2) Then deep fry chicken pieces till nicely browned up
3) In a pan put two tablespoon of butter keep on flame add green chillies and chopped garlic, add sauces, honey, sugar and little salt with vinegar, keep off flame
4) Pour the sauce on chicken pieces and mix it well, keep aside
5) Just before serving pour chicken in a casserole sprinkle sesame and bake on high flame, sauce should not dry up
6) Remove and garnish with chopped spring onions
