chicken Parr strip sheesh kebaab

1 kilo chicken mince
Salt to taste
2 eggs
4 slices bread soaked n water removed
Half cup crushed oats
2 tsp chicken spice
2 tsp aromat
2 tbl sp lemon juice
3 tbl oil
2/3 tbl green masala ( taste n add more if u want it strong)
Half tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp crushed garlic
2 Tbl sp sheesh kebaab spice or more
Half tsp cinnamon
1 bunch Fresh dhania chopped
Spring onion chopped


Mix all together properly,Leave to marinate for a while. Adjust taste and Roll into logs. Parr bake in oven just till firm. Cool.
Now take samoosa parr cut into long strips.
Dip kebaab in egg wash.
Brush layy on strips n wrap over the kebaab.
Now freezer suitable.
Fry when needed.
