what is a musjid?
Some know it as a mosque and some know it as a masjid but anyways regardless of what you may call it that does not change it in any way.
The masjid as I know is the home of Allah, the home of the almighty. In this place I feel at peace leaving the hustle and bustle of the world right outside the door. All I see around me is peace and all I feel is tranquility.
In this place of Allah all people aim for is his reward nothing worldly, you may say this is the place to be when you feel down. People tell me the ocean is peaceful but I dont think they have felt the peace that comes the moment you enter the musjid.
Don’t get me started on the quraanic recitation. It brings about an emotion you never knew existed, an emotion that pulls you towards the obedience of Allah.
I am not always there for I am a woman but when I find an opportunity I tecieve ot with open arms.
Fortunate I those who get called by the adhaan for prayer and they attend the congregation 5 times a day.
The masjid is a pure place, if you feel low go to the musjid and read quran. You will feel way better more than you entered.
